Emily was absolutely wonderful! Right when she walked in, we felt her warmth and excitement to meet our family. Our kids had the best time! We highly recommend Emily.

We hired Emily for the month of August while we were on vacationing and she was between jobs. We couldn’t have been more fortunate with our hire! We have two girls, 5 and 3, and the older one is very sensitive and has always had strong separation anxiety. Emily is such a pro that both girls felt incredibly comfortable the entire time. It’s obvious that caring for children is her passion and that she’s been doing so since she was a child herself (her mom ran a daycare when she was growing up). She’s a natural teacher, and a master at millennial parenting discipline (aka setting boundaries and sticking to them, shame free, Dr. Becky style) which my kids need because they will always test the boundaries with a new long term care giver. She easily coordinated their swimming lessons, took them on so many adventures, did activities, and was in the know about so many fun local kid things to do. On several occasions we added friends kids to the mix and she cared for all of them at once (for extra cash obvi). If we could have, we would have brought Emily back to Colorado with us. After 3.5 weeks she was part of the family. I can’t recommend enough, we miss you, Emily!

Emily is the best! She has such a positive and energetic presence. I am very particular about who I allow with my children but I have zero hesitations when they are under Emily’s care. I’ve known her for years and seen her with children from other families as well and she is truly a gifted care giver. She has such a kind and nurturing personality that makes my kids feel instantly comfortable. Any family would be lucky to work with her.

We met Emily a little over two years ago when our youngest daughter was born.  She came highly recommended by friends of ours and we were thrilled when she acted as a part time nanny to our family. Emily is the first person aside from family that we have left our two daughters with. She is responsible, punctual, communicative, and above all our daughters absolutely love spending time with her. They will often times ask for us to go out so "Miss Emily" can come be with them! She has great knowledge about child development and spends time to get to know the routines and structures the family may have. She makes our girls feel loved and safe which is everything you could ask for from a care giver.  I highly recommend Emily! 

I can not speak highly enough of Emily! She really impressed me with her knowledge of childhood development, her kindness, her patience and her fun bubbly personality. I've seen her handle difficult situations and heightened emotions in my kids with a grace well beyond her years. My kids can't wait for her to come over! Emily is wonderful!  She was my daughter’s favorite.  My daughter is a teenager now, but she still asks to see Emily. Emily was always very reliable. She always came when she said she would, on time, with some fun activity planned. She is easy to contact and communicate with, and is honest and trustworthy.  She has a true passion for early childhood education, and really spends time with your child. I can’t say enough good things about Emily.  She is an absolute gem and you and your kids will love her.
