About Emily

Hello! My name is Emily and I have 7 years of catering/meal prep experience. I own a vegan/vegetarian meal prep business that sells at farmer's markets on the weekends. I have 2 beautiful children and keep them every other week. I have been a personal chef, caterer, and member of the hospitality industry for over 15 years. I am also a certified event planner and a certified CNA. I specialize in creating personalized menu's for my clients with special dietary needs i. e. gluten-free, vegan/vegetarian, whole 30, AIP. I am also well versed in caring for the needs of children as well as the disabled and elderly community.
