About Emily

Hello, I am a nurturing, patient and loving caregiver with over 10 years of experience caregiving for children. I have 5 years of experience as a preschool teacher, including 1 year at an outdoor Waldorf school. I have completed over 60 units of Child Development and Early Care and Education courses. I have mentored over 25 college students working towards their Early Care and Education degree. Some passions that I love to share with children include nutrition, music, art, dance, gardening, time in nature and mindfulness/meditation practices. I am looking to work around 20 hours per week with a wonderful family, where I can communicate clearly and feel a sense of harmony and mutual support. My intention is to create a warm and loving space where children feel safe to discover and express their truth.
