I have worked in recreational and clinical settings for the past five years with children and young adults with varying diagnoses. I have spent time in Africa as well, working with children living with different disabilities and little to no access to services like those that we have in the states. I love being a part of working with the whole family dynamic - whatever that may look like, as all families are unique and special in their own way. I am so passionate about children, meeting them where they are at, and finding what works for them. It is so important to enable them in the beginning of their exploration of creativity, self-expression, and self-empowerment. I love being a supporter of that within a family, understanding what works in the "big picture" and helping them to grow while keeping those aspects in mind.
