Hi there! :) I am a 27-year-old high school English teacher in Chicago, IL. I love to read, write, cook, bake, walk, go to museums, listen to music, spend time with dogs, and so much more. I am looking for a part-time opportunity that allows me to work after school or even on weekends to help make your life better! I am reliable, easy-going, organized, gentle, calm, and ready for anything. I have experience working with children of all ages. Personally, I have grown up with four younger brothers (two sets of twins). I have experience working with deaf children and children with special needs. Growing up, I was the neighborhood babysitter and was frequently trusted to watch over kids. Professionally, I have worked in after school care with various ages of students. During the summers, I have been a camp director at a park district for pre-schoolers and kindergartners. During the school year, I am a high school English teacher. Emily helped her mom raise 4 boys ( two sets of twins- one set have special needs) in the most caring, loving way. Every time she babysits, she always brings activities or cookies & cupcakes to decorate (that she baked) to keep the kids entertained.
