I have worked one-on-one with children with Autism, In a in-home care and School setting environment for seven years. I studied Communication Disorders at Wayne State University. I have the most experience working with Early Child Development and School Aged Children. I have 100% dedication and always create a fun learning, safe, nurturing environment. I have worked with children from low-to high functioning. I have a strong focus in speech and have experience with non-verbal, and strengthening communication skills. I am CPR/BLS certified till spring of 2018. I am patient, outgoing, and very active with sports, crafts, and arts. I have prepared children for school, to succeed, and advance into new learning settings and areas where my supervisors who over looked never saw possible. I am devoted to always keep trying new creative learning strategies to improve each child's quality of life to thrive in the future. All my evaluation reviews and assessments have scored 80-90%.
