Hi! I'm Emily, and I bring extensive experience caring for children from newborns through age 18. Working with such a wide range of ages has given me a deep understanding of developmental stages & emotional needs. I am naturally patient, calm, and attentive - qualities that have been strengthened through years of working with children of all personalities, abilities, and energy levels. I believe children thrive when they feel safe, understood, and supported, and I prioritize building trusting relationships with both kids and parents. Whether it's soothing a newborn, supporting a toddler through transitions, encouraging independence in school-age children, or mentoring teens, I bring a structured but nurturing presence into the home. I value routines, clear communication, and positive guidance. I'm comfortable supporting homework, creating enriching play-based activities, helping with emotional regulation, preparing meals, and maintaining an organized environment.
