Hi I'm Emily! I am a college graduate with a degree in speech pathology and I'm starting my master's program at USF for social work. During my time at Little Proteges, I promoted the development of children ages 4 mo to 3 years old. I created and facilitated lesson plans in to stimulate critical thinking and communicated with parents regarding their child's daily activities, behaviors, and needs. In 2021, I began working at the UCF Creative School for Children where I supported the lead teacher in establishing a safe, comfortable, and thought-provoking learning environment. I monitored child development and growth by completing Ages and Stages Questionnaires and weekly newsletters. Since 2023, I have worked for a family where I have watched a 14-month-old child grow into a fun and silly 3-year-old! I would love to be a part of your child's life and have a positive impact!
