About Emily

Hi, I'm Emily and I'm a college student at the University of Kentucky. I currently work at the UK hospital and absolutely adore my job, but only work part time hours and am fully online this semester so I would love to help out any childcare needs with all my extra time! Bringing joy to children's lives and offering support to families are my passions. My five years of experience caring for children from the newborn stage to age 12 have equipped me with the skills to create a nurturing and engaging environment. I am patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and puzzles with children. I always follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules. I also follow the parents' preferred communication method to keep you informed about your child's day. I am comfortable caring for up to three children. I have a car and am comfortable with pets! I am also BLS and CPR certified. I'm eager to bring my enthusiasm and dedication to your family!
