I have accumulated 10 years of child care experience. I enjoy it very much and the families I work for enjoy it the same. I have worked with the same family for 7 years full time. I have done part time with many others when I had time. Most were friends of the main family and even random families that would see me at the school playground. About 90% of my business is from observers or friends of the children that I watch full time. The list ranges from 3 to 12-year-old boys and girls. Everyone that sees me wants me to work for them because their kids love me. Very few people would make this a profession and even fewer are male. Since I am a minority (being male), I have had to make myself stand out from all the rest with the quality of my services. I am mostly recognized by the kids as an uncle, rather than just a nanny or sitter. I have great references and awesome testimonials.

Emilio is a responsible and responsive caretaker. Children are happy when they get to spend time with him. He is warm and does his best to see that my children's (reasonable) requests are fulfilled. Emilio puts his job first and that is what I like about him the most. When I am in a real tight schedule and need his help, he is always there.
