Hi! My name is Emilie, I am a childcare professional specializing in the 0-5 age group with a genuine dedication for shaping young minds in a calm and nurturing manner. Over the past 3 years I have gained valuable knowledge & experience working as a lead preschool teacher for 2 years as well as a private nanny/household manager for a year and a half. As a certified teacher in Early Childhood Education, I maintain up-to-date CPR and First Aid certification for infants and adults and hold a current Food Handler's card. My teaching approach is helping children learn practical life skills so little ones can build confidence & resilience in a safe environment. In my free time I love working in my garden, going on walks with my dogs, and learning new songs on my ukulele!
