About Emilie

I would describe myself as friendly, outgoing, creative, and compassionate. I enjoy working with children because I am studying psychology and human development and hope to become a child psychologist. As the oldest of 10 younger cousins and 2 nieces, I have always taken on a nurturing and leadership role. I began working with kids at a young age through babysitting, summer camps, mentoring, and helping at my dance studio with toddlers and elementary students. These experiences taught me patience, communication, and creativity. I am looking for a flexible part-time position that allows me to grow within childcare while making a positive impact. In my free time, I enjoy dancing, Pilates, baking, and spending time with family. My strongest skills include behavior redirection, emotional support, organization, communication, and creating fun, engaging activities for children.
