About Emilie

I love working with kids! I have three nieces that I help care for and have two years of experience working in an elementary after-school program. I'm passionate about keeping kids active and engaged, whether that's through sports or through creative outlets like arts and crafts. I'm patient, energetic, and enjoy creating a fun, safe environment where kids can learn, grow, and be themselves. I'd describe my personality as patient, energetic, and creative. In my current role, I supervise groups of elementary-aged children, including students with special needs. This job has taught me a lot about patience, especially when supporting kids with different abilities and needs. I love working with kids because they're full of energy and curiosity. It's rewarding to be part of their growth and to help create a fun, safe space where they can learn and express themselves. I enjoy building positive relationships, encouraging them to try new things, and seeing their confidence grow!
