About Emilie

I started working with kids when I was 17, I started as a teacher's aide with infants and worked with every age range from 6 weeks-6 years while I got teacher certified and eventually had my own class. I was a primary school special ed instructional assistant for 2 years and now I'm a behavior therapist at an ABA clinic. I have loved it all but I'm really looking for something smaller scale than what I'm currently doing! In my spare time, I like to be with my fiancée and friends and family, listen to music, watch movies, and legos and coloring! One thing you should know about me is I love being a caregiver! If there's anything in my life that I was destined for, it's working with children. My skills include an extensive knowledge of child development, 'the patience of a saint' (so I've been told), sensitivity, and compassion for others! I'm also seizure/CPR/first aid certified.
