Hi, my name is Emike (eh•meek•kay)! I have a Bachelor's degree in Health Science with an emphasis in Rehabilitation and an MBA, along with over 6 years of professional caregiving experience in assisted living and memory care settings. I provide compassionate, high-quality care tailored to each individual's needs, including companionship, personal care assistance, and support with daily living activities while prioritizing dignity, comfort, and independence. My experience includes dementia and Alzheimer's care support, medication prompting, vital signs monitoring (including blood pressure), fall prevention, mobility assistance, and safe transfers using gait belts, sit-to-stand devices, and Hoyer lifts. I also provide post-hospital recovery support, meal preparation aligned with dietary needs, light housekeeping, and consistent family communication.
