It is my absolute honor to write this letter of recommendation for Emebet Aramdie, who served as a caregiver for my mother-in-law, Jane, during the final chapter of her life. Jane suffered from severe lung issues, and after trying over 25 different caregivers in five years, we were fortunate to find Emma. From the very beginning, she stood out—not just because of her professionalism and dependability, but because of her presence. Emma brought warmth, joy, and a consistently positive demeanor that uplifted our entire household. She was always punctual, reliable, and extremely capable. She managed a variety of responsibilities including grocery and medication pickups, transportation to medical appointments, light cleaning, and, perhaps most memorably, her exceptional baking—which Jane absolutely loved. But more importantly, Emma cared. She formed a genuine bond with Jane, who often said Emma was the best caregiver she had ever had. Emma provided far more than just physical support; she brought comfort, compassion, and peace during a time of great difficulty. She became a deeply valued part of our lives, and we were heartbroken when circumstances made it impossible to keep her on after Jane's passing.
