About Emanuel

Hi! I'm Emanuel, an energetic, responsible, bilingual (English/Spanish) college student with 6+ years of volunteer childcare experience through children's ministry, caring for kids from infants through early teens. I also have experience supporting autistic children and adapting to different communication and sensory needs. I taught drums for about 2 years and can help with elementary/middle-school homework, math, reading/writing, and Spanish. I'm very active and love basketball, soccer, swimming, biking, music, games, crafts, and outdoor activities. I'm a competitive swimmer and love actually playing, teaching, and engaging with kids--not just watching them! I'm comfortable with infants/toddlers, meals, child-related cleaning, laundry, and pets. I'm a non-smoker and have basic CPR/first-aid training (not currently certified). I'm patient, playful, calm, safety-conscious, and respectful of each family's rules.
