I've worked as a nanny for the past 20 years. Looking after children is my God-given talent and I consider myself lucky to be doing what I love!

Ela is the most wonderful nanny we could ever have imagined for our two-under-two daughters! My girls loved her from the first second. If we lived in the area full-time we would hire her full-time in a heartbeat!

Ela is the sweetest! She's really got a way with children. My baby boy is 5 months old and loves her so much. Working with children is definitely her calling. If I could hire her full time I would in a heartbeat. Anyone who has her as a nanny is very lucky.

My daughter just loved her! We flew in from out of town and I was nervous about hiring someone we didn't know for our 5 year old but she was absolutely fantastic!!

We've hired Ela for two date nights and both were awesome. Ela was on time and great about sending updates so we knew our son was doing well! We would absolutely hire her again.

My son immediately took to her. She knew how to keep him occupied both in and outside of the house. She also had a few tips and tricks to get him to eat real food. This amazing woman was helpful beyond the initial reason for care. Ela is very kind, considerate, knowledgeable, safety-conscious, punctual-everything you would want in a care giver. She was available for care last minute and flexible on a time change. I would recommend her to anyone and definitely hire again! Thank you Ela!!!

Ela is such a loving and caring babysitter. She has been taking care of my youngest one on and off for a few months now. Ela always responds quickly, is punctual, and is obviously very experienced caring for little ones. My baby always gets excited when he sees Ela is here and goes right into playing with her. I will continue to hire her without hesitation.

Ela is amazing. From the moment she picked up my baby, I knew. She is professional and my baby is comfortable and calm around her. She listens to us and works with my newborn to create the best environment for him developmentally. So glad she works with us!

Ela was great. Started playing and singing with my 10 month old right away. My 4 year old was supposed to go elsewhere but wanted to stay and play too.

When you say "nobody is perfect " that does not apply to Ela because she is PERFECT! She has extreme amount of knowledge, dedication and love for taking care of children . We also have a dog whom she is so sweet with. We hired Ela a week ago and all the anxiety that I had about having a nanny in my home taking care of my precious baby , completely gone. Ela is caring, loving , professional, classy , understanding, sweet ... the list goes on and on. Our baby is happy and clean every time I come home . On top of the baby care she also ensure that our place is clean and tidy. Our baby loves Ela and has a great time singing and playing with her. If Ela would like , we will continue to have her as our nanny for year to come

This was the first time we had hired a babysitter that wasn't "a friend of a friend/family member", so you can imagine our nerves trusting an "unknown" with our two precious children; but Ela quickly put those worries to rest. Upon meeting her you can tell she is a professional in her field, taking pride and responsibility in the job she does. She was flexible with our schedule and very punctual and communicative. She is at ease with children, and they can sense she is a kind heart and open mind. I very much enjoyed getting photos of my little ones throughout the day- smiles on their faces and doing all kinds of fun, engaging activities - putting me at ease even more. That evening I came home and I swear my kids were smarter than when I left them that morning.
I think Ela would be an asset to anyone that would be lucky enough to have her- well worth a pay increase above your average sitter, because you aren't getting an average sitter- you are getting a sense of peace that your kids are being taken care of by a kind and engaging individual who understands not only the joys and interests of the Children, but the hopes and concerns of the parents.

I simply cannot say enough about Ela as a caregiver and a person. She radiates kindness, patience, curiosity and playfulness. My son would start dancing the minute she came through the door. She was unfazed by the usual preschooler drama and fits and had a magical effect on my son, calming him simply through her voice. If I could have, I would have hired her to by my son's caregiver.

Ela takes a genuine interest in the well-being and development of children under her care. She was always adjusting the type of play she did with my son and making sure his schedule was current. She worked with my sense, through patience and kindness, to get him to eat new foods - not an easy task, given how stubborn he can be at times!

Beyond all of this, Ela is a principled, gentle soul with wonderful values. Your family would be lucky to have her as a caregiver!

Ela is a wonderful caretaker. She started caring for my daughter at two years old and my daughter is now four. I trust Ela wholeheartedly with my daughter. She takes care of her like family and sends me updates and photos of their adventures together. She also helps reinforce good self-care like washing hands, etc. She is very sweet with my daughter and very patient. I highly recommend Ela.

Ela is an incredible person: warm, loving and extremely conscientious. She was nanny to my newborn when I went back to work and was with us full time for 2.5 years until we moved out of state. She still remains close with our kids and they (we) adore her. Ela always had a fabulous day planned to keep my little one entertained and learning. She was organized and took initiative. She always thought about safety first. I give her much credit for our daughter being so empathetic, well adjusted and curious. If you get the chance to hire Ela, don't pass it up.
