Hello! I'm Elyssa and ive been nannying for the past 4 years! I am 23 years old and live in Palmer Ranch. I have experience with 1-10-year-olds. I love to take them new places and explore fun areas in SRQ/LWR. I can help with cleaning up around the house, prepping and making meals, transportation to school and back as well as extracurricular activities, homework/school projects, ect. Here are some non negotiables for me as a nanny that I definitely need with a future family! • Guaranteed 40 hours per week (If your family goes out of town or lets me leave early I still need my 40 paid hours!) •Ability to take little ones to places outside of the house (I understand trusting someone with your little one can be scary. As a nanny its so important for us have freedom and do things outside of home to avoid burnout) • Benefits minimum 7 PTO days that renew at the start of each year 5 sick days per year used whenever needed Time and a half for OT (anything over 40 hours)
