About Elysha

Patient, reliable, and enthusiastic individual with a proactive attitude focused on providing support to a family and meeting all children's needs. Desiring a long-term basis to assist with the care, growth, and enhancement of the children. I am the first generation to go to college, coming originally from England in the UK, focusing my studies on English and education. I've worked at Frank J. Cicarell Academy and Nicholas Murray Butler School, cultivating a positive, safe and leadership-focused environment. I worked with children ages 4-18. I hosted programs to help the kids recognize important topics of self growth and life, as well as assisted children with homework and school projects. I developed activities that helped children develop physically and mentally, and encouraged good behaviors using the positive reinforcement method. I believe it is important to follow parent directions for all aspects of children's care and communicate openly with parents about behavior.
