Hi, I'm Elle! I'm a recent college graduate with over 6 years of paid childcare experience, including nannying, night-sitting, and swim instructing. I'm passionate about cultivating a warm, structured, and organic environment in which your little ones thrive! I enjoy being creative within the bounds of childcare, whether that be creating "Reading Camps" for struggling readers, exploring a new museum with a homemade scavenger hunt, or trying a new sensory craft. I bring to the table years of experience, a dedication to maintaining the integrity and structure of your home and parenting styles, and a love for working with kids. I prize safety over all and have CPR/First-Aid and Lifeguard training. My goal is to be more than just a caregiver-- I strive to be a positive, nurturing presence in your child's life and a reliable tool in your parenting retinue.
