About Elyse

Hello! My name is Elyse, and I am currently a dedicated lead teacher with experience working with children ages birth to 5 years. I had brief pause in my teaching career after my own children were born 4 years ago. At this time I transitioned into a nannying role, where I cared for an 18-month-old and a 5-year-old as well as my own children for about a year. We had so much fun together! I am pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education, having already earned my associate degree and nearing completion of my bachelor's. I have a strong foundation in child development, which I actively incorporate into my teaching and caregiving. I am passionate about fostering creativity through arts and crafts, facilitating outdoor play, and promoting age-appropriate learning experiences. I am also CPR and First Aid certified, with additional training in Safety Care. My commitment to creating a safe and nurturing environment for children drives my work every day.
