Elvira is an above and beyond amazing caregiver. I originally hired her to take care of my grandmother in 2014. When my grandmother passed the following year, she stayed with my grandfather and took care of him until he passed 10 years later. She really loved my grandparents and took such wonderful care of them. She did everything she could to meet not only their physical, but also their emotional needs. She cooked for them, took them to their favorite restaurants, played all the music they loved, watched old movies with them. She was always kind, affectionate, and very engaging. She gave them so much love and kept them laughing with her great sense of humor. I always knew they would be safe and happy when she was with them. She did everything from laundry, cooking, cleaning, medication management, and all levels of care from companionship in the early days to hospice care with total assistance for all self care at the end. She made sure that they had every possible comfort and were always cared for with genuine love. Elvira does does her work from the heart.
