With my Associate of Applied Science in Early Childhood Development and over three years of paid experience working with young children, I believe I would be a strong fit for you. Throughout my career, I have focused on creating a warm, welcoming classroom environment that promotes children's physical, mental, and social development. I have honed my communication skills with parents, students, and faculty to provide feedback and discuss instructional strategies. This experience has taught me the importance of building strong partnerships with families and co-teaching teams to support children's growth and development. I believe that my bilingual skills are in Russian, Ukrainian, and English. Would be an asset in fostering an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity and supports all families.
