This woman is extremely unreliable. She came for an interview at our home and met the family. She accepted the job offer and then disappeared for 4 weeks; she didn't reply to texts or phone calls. Then 4 weeks later she called and apologized stating she had a personal matter and asked if the job was still available. At that time we had coverage since she was not responsive. We gave her a second chance and she stated she would be able to start full time and accepted our job offer. She never showed up to her 1st day of work and once again never answered calls or texts. We do NOT recommend this person to any family. She accepts job offers but doesn't follow through. This is a huge inconvenience to a family depending on a Full Time Nanny.
