My mother had dementia and limited ambulation, and needed assistance with all aspects of daily cares. Elvia worked as part of a two-person team whose schedule was 24 hours x 7 days on, then off. This type of schedule was implemented to limit the changeover of caregivers, as my mother became confused and anxious by a whirlwind of unfamiliar faces. Elvia cared for my mother for over two years, and proved to be a proactive problem-solver. She is professional and respectful, positive and calm, reliable and trustworthy.
