About Elsy

Hello! I have worked for multiple families over the last 20 years in the DMV. I have worked with all ages including newborns to pre-teens but I enjoy working with newborns/toddlers the most. I am reliable, nurturing, and dedicated to serving families and children. I am a quick and adaptable learner, patient and compassionate, and I bring a lot of enthusiasm. I worked with my last family for 12 years. It's been a wonderful journey but it's time to look for another family that could use my services. I'm looking to work with a long-term family and I am looking for a family that provides structure but allows me to work with flexibility and independence. One thing you should know about me is that I am Spanish-speaking but I am working on my proficiency in English. It is important to me that I work with a family that understands cultural competency.
