About Elsie

Hello! I'm Elsie, a compassionate and experienced caregiver who supports both homebound and active aging adults. I'm CA IHSS Certified, state-registered (HCA), and carry professional liability insurance and bond through CM&F Group. My completion of 160 hours of HHA training includes first aid/CPR, and can offer an extensive background check, as well as personal and professional references. My approach is proactive and uplifting - especially when working with clients facing terminal illness. I strive to be a dependable, positive presence who brings comfort, smiles, and meaningful companionship and an opportunity for your loved one to make memories. I understand that asking for help can be difficult, so I take initiative to meet needs before being asked. Safety and using good judgment when tackling problems, changes in daily care, client health and keeping loved ones up to date can always be expected, I pay attention to the little things that can make a huge difference (4 hr min)
