Elsey has worked with our family since she was 15. She is phenomenal in her caring, love and interaction with our 2 sons. She's creative and flexible, always meeting children where they're at. She's great with boundaries while being soft and remaining mindful. We never have to worry, not even for a moment when Elsey is with our kiddos. Her love and dedication is so reassuring, my kids feel safe and loved when they're with her.
