About Else

Hello families! I have been working with children since I was 15 years old. I started babysitting in High School and have been a Part Time sitter since then. I have a high appreciation for children as I believe that childhood is extremely important. It's the years to build their confidence through positive and healthy encouragement. I not only take care of the children, I make sure they feel heard and understood. I provide a safe and calm environment for them. I found these to be key factors that help a child believe in themselves and therefore excel. I can help run errands and help with a few house duties. My priority is always the children and their well-being. Once I get to know the family more, I pick up on patters and are proactive in helping to make a household run smoother.
