I have extensive experience providing daily support to seniors, dedicated to maintaining dignity and the highest standard of care to elderly clients. I have assisted elderly clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, getting in and out of bed and into mobility aids. I have carried out long-term, post-surgery care and administered prescribed medications and monitored health conditions. I've administered care to clients with dementia and Alzheimer's, both in-home and in assisted care facilities, and navigated challenges with loss of independence and changes in behavior.
