Elsa was very kind and I can tell she means well. However, she mentioned letting us know she couldn’t stay the entire time but we have no record of this. We can kind of tell she’s just starting her childcare career. Our child was returned to us barely tightened into their car seat. I would give her a chance if my child were not so young.
