Elsa was our FT nanny for my daughter’s infancy through toddler years. My daughter LOVES Elsa. Elsa was able to initiate and support her through major maturation milestones, like naps, car seat anxiety, bottle feeding, etc. Elsa is experienced, confident, solid and reliable, but above all, so loving and warm. She loves children and it’s obvious she has a great time with them, and so, they too have a great time. I recommend Elsa a million times :)
