Elsa provided care for my mother who is elderly and has mid stage Alzheimers. Elsa was a positive presence and my mom always looked forward to seeing her. Elsa went above and beyond to accommodate our needs (once driving about 20 miles to pick my mom up from a family wedding to take her home so the rest of the family could stay at the wedding). When Elsa was back in town during a brief school break, she was able to come work some shifts with my mom and seamlessly got right back into my mom's routine. In short, Elsa was responsible, kind, and dependable. I would hire her again in a moment if she were back in the area where my mom lives.
