About Elsa

Hi! My name is Elsa, I'm a biology student at OSU. I have 5+ years of experience working with children through babysitting, tutoring, peer leading, and caring for younger family members. I am CPR and First Aid certified and enjoy creating a safe, positive, and comfortable environment for children. I especially enjoy helping with homework, educational activities, reading, and creative play while making sure kids are engaged and supported. I have experience working with children of different ages and understand the importance of being patient, dependable, and attentive to children's needs all at once. I am also happy to assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping when needed. I believe strong communication with parents is important and am committed to following each family's routines, preferences, and expectations.
