Very good organizer and had good ideas. Could have paid ore attention to detail in cleaning bathrooms. I didn't appreciate that she asked for 1/3 more in payment for her services after completing the first job. She also was not reliable as she disappeared and didn't call back. I had to reach out to her for her to tell me she took another job.

Elsa is friendly, reliable and incredibly attentive to fine details. The very first thing she notices when she walks into our home is whether the entrance mat is straight or not. It usually isn't, so she straightens it without missing a beat! This attention to detail exemplifies the manner in which she approaches every area of our home. She is very open to suggestions, and combines her eye for aesthetics with yours. If the plants need watering, she tells us, respecting that we may have a scheduled watering planned, but if we don't, or have missed it, it's great to be reminded. Elsa is great!

I don't know why she agreed to meet, since cleaning a house was obviously below her. She informed me that she was a "House Manager"- My ad clearly asked for a house cleaner. She was very unfriendly about the whole situation.
