Elsa started working w/my mom over a year ago. She was amazing right from the start. We hired her to help my mom out at home as her COPD was starting to limit her activities. She helped w/meal prep, household chores, & whatever my mom needed around the home. As her COPD advanced, we could rely on Elsa to deal with her meds, fix healthy meals, assist w/bathing, & do anything my mom needed. We could rely on Elsa like family and trusted her w/anything involved w/caring for my mom. When my mom was hospitalized this summer, she came and took care of her and advocated for her at the hospital and nursing rehab. After her release, she needed much more care & Elsa stepped up in every way. I literally trusted her w/my mom's life. Elsa always looked out for my mom, communicated concerns & helped us w/her experienced opinions. She was a Godsend and an angel for our family and my mom loved her dearly. Mom passed away this week at home, as was her wish. This was only possible because of Elsa.
