About Elona

Im Elona, & I've been working with children for 9 years. I started by babysitting in my free time and on weekends. After this, I transitioned into working at a day care for 3 1/2 years where I cared for infants, toddlers, and pre-k aged children. While working there, I gained the experience of working with multiple children at a time, changing diapers, feeding, keeping them engaged in play, preparing meals, putting them down for naps, and more. During COVID, I was able to nanny which gave me the experience of helping around the house, coming up with crafts and outdoor activities for the kids, taking them to the park, putting them to sleep, etc. The mixed experience of working at a daycare with multiple age groups and nannying for families has prepared me to have the knowledge of not only caring for children, and being able to nurture and help them as they develop. I am CPR & first aid certified, as well as have my own transportation if needed to take the kids places.
