I wish I could give ten stars!! Elmira is a BLESSING. From our first contact when she had a full questionnaire for me to fill out showing her attention to detail and understanding of how crazy pet parents can be, she kept in touch with us the whole time we were gone and our pets were loved on and so spoiled. And before we came home she had washed all the sheets and towels she used (WHAT!?!) and refilled my vase of flowers with a fresh bouquet. In a world of creepy online people Elmira is the real deal.
