Elma is a wonderful, caring lady! My mother was in a special needs facility for about a year. I met Elma at the facility as I was there almost daily and I would see her with working with and helping other elderly clients. She was so kind, patient and genuinely caring. This is not what I witnessed with most of the other caregivers. What makes my observations unique, Elma was not putting on a show for me. She was not working for me or my Mother. But Elma would always ask me how I was doing and would call my Mother by name just from her interacting in the care center. Elma would always make a point to fill me in on anything she noticed with my Mother around the care center. Even though Elma had no obligations, she would go out of her way to help me as she could tell I was struggling. At the time, Elma’s schedule was pretty full and I could understand why. Her clients always seemed very happy and extremely well cared for as we visited with her and who ever she was helping at the time. Please trust in Elma…I do. Regards, Darian
