About Ellyssa

Hello! I have recently moved to Texas, and I live in Dallas for college. I come from a large diverse family so childcare isn't anything new. I major in Social Work and eventually will pursue a law degree. That being said I'm a tutor and nanny all in one! When I'm not working or in school I am volunteering at a Youth Center here in Dallas. I currently nanny for a family with sweet identical twin girls. I do everything from transition support, to sleep training, to mommy and me classes, even cloth diapering. I also work overnight doing newborn care, I would love to tell you all about it. I am very passionate about working with the littles, and that is what I am looking to do moving forward. I am Adult and Pediatric CPR/First Aid certified by the Red Cross, with Developmental Psychology coursework. I have years of experience but it's always nice to be certified and have that peace of mind for both parties. Recently trained as a newborn care specialist! I can start an overnight job ASAP
