About Ellyn

Hello! I'm University of Iowa graduate with a research and Neurobiology background. I have several years of experience involving babysitting and caring for people of all ages. The bulk of my healthcare experience has been in geriatrics and psychiatry. I'm particularly fond of working with children and adults who have psychiatric needs/considerations (Autism Spectrum, ADHD, OCD, etc). I'm currently working on finishing nursing school, I'm about 75% done, and will soon have a LPN license (assuming I pass my boards!). I live a fast paced life, and use my free time to slow down, do yoga, paint and draw. When I get the opportunity to spend time with kids, I love being silly and getting them engaged in their favorite hands-on activities. Let me know if you have any questions!
