About Elly

Hi, I am a recent graduate looking to help families out in August and September (either part-time or full-time) before I move in October for my new job. I graduated in May with a degree in Sociology and Psychology, with a focus in developmental psychology, and a minor in French. I have experience as a full time nanny and babysitter, starting in high school here in Lexington and continuing throughout college in Virginia. I've watched children of all ages, from infants to middle school, and this past summer I worked with high schoolers studying abroad in France. I love spending time outside, traveling, reading, and coming up with creative activities to do with kids. Most of my childcare experience has been in screen-free households. I have experience teaching and tutoring, most recently as a French tutor for elementary school students.
