About Ellison

Hello! My name is Ellie and I'm currently a mMarine Science student at Coastal Carolina. I attended Jacksonville university prior where I was double majoring in marine science and biochemistry and tutored many people in my chemistry classes. The last two years I've been working down in the Florida Keys as an adventure guide, coral technician, and environmental educator specifically with kids ages 11-17. Throughout high school I worked at the Georgia aquarium as an interpreter, teaching science in a way for people of all ages to understand. I worked summer camps with kids ages 5-12 and with the general public. I nannied for years throughout high school and in Jacksonville where I also assisted with tutoring in elementary school classes. I love working with kids and especially showing them that learning can be fun. I work with them to find the best way of studying that helps them to learn. I have more experience with science and math, but can help with other classes as needed.
