About Ellis

I just moved to the area from Maryland. I'm an education major at online Penn State, while also attending cosmetology school here in Sandy. I have my Thursdays through Sundays open and would love to spread some of my knowledge and care to the local community. In terms of my experience, I was a nanny to a four and a 7-year-old for a year, as well as an 11-year-old for half a year and occasional babysitting for the past four years. I also became a swim teacher and did that for a year! Nurturing children's development is a true passion of mine. I am creative and imaginative and enjoy playing outdoor sports and educational games. I have some college experience and have completed Early Child Development Coursework. I also have First Aid Training and CPR Training. I love to provide regular updates via text or phone call and always follow parents' lead when it comes to household rules. I'm also happy to help with light housekeeping, swimming supervision, pet care and more!
