About Elli

Hi there! My name is Elli, and I am passionate about working with children-especially those with special needs. I am a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with professional experience supporting children with autism ages 2-10, and I am hoping to work with families seeking someone who understands and values neurodiversity and individualized care. I have spent years working with children in a variety of roles, including babysitting, coaching soccer, and counseling services. I genuinely love getting to know each child's unique personality and needs. My goal is always to create a space where kids feel safe and free to be themselves within a structured environment. I love to read and do crafts, and my favorite thing to do is get outside! I am certified in first aid and am able to provide carpool services. I look forward to talking with you!
