My name is Ellie. I have been babysitting and nannying since I was a Junior (16 years old) in high school. My very first nanny position I was entrusted to taking care of twins beginning when they were around 4 or 5 months old, until they were almost 3 years old. 1 nanny position example was 3-4 days per week in Boulder taking care of children who were 3, 9, and 10. This job included school/sports practice drop-off and pick-up, making dinners/lunches and lot of creative activity play for they were never allowed to use electronics or watch TV. In between these two families, I worked with other families who had kids that were 3, 4, 6, and 7. Activities that I engaged with with the kids ranged from making breakfast/lunch/dinner, building forts, or practicing for their team sport, working on flashcards, homework, practicing lines for plays, preparing for spelling bees, doing pick-ups and drop-offs from school and other activities. Ellie took care of my three kids (ages 4, 9,10) for a year. She worked about 15-20 hours a week. She is kind, caring, fun loving, positive, responsible, and loyal. All three of my kids loved her. She is extremely creative and came up with fun things to do with my kids without using screen time. She would often bring a project with her like materials to make a fort or art supplies which my kids. As a parent, I found Ellie to be very easy to connect and communicate with. She is a great person that you can trust to take good care of your kids and also have fun with them.
