My experience working with children and special needs professionally began 2 years ago when I started my role as a behavior technician utilizing applied behavior analysis therapy with children on the ASD Spectrum. Along with that, I grew up in a rather large family. I had 3 younger siblings I helped care for, as well as the children at my mom's in-home daycare growing up . Since then, I have welcomed several nieces and nephews whom I so dearly enjoy. I learned responsibility at a young age, helping care for my siblings and taking on different household tasks to support the family and my mother. Through my experiences growing up, I learned responsibility at a young age, work efficiency, and the ability to multi-task.
