About Ellie

Hi, I'm Ellie! I've spent my life working with children-babysitting in middle and high school, nannying in college, leading a two's classroom, and providing direct support to kids with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges. I also completed child development courses that shaped my approach. I'm a Registered Behavior Technician and eager to return to nannying, as building lasting relationships with kids and families is the most rewarding part of my work. I prioritize outdoor play and community engagement, planning at least one developmentally appropriate activity each day. I have experience with children of all abilities and am comfortable driving, doing light housekeeping, preparing meals (including breast milk or formula), and working alongside pets or parents at home. Before I go, I want to emphasize that I believe in science, love is love, Black lives matter, no human being is illegal, and kindness is everything. I'd love to work for a family that shares these values.
