About Ellie

As an elementary teacher, encouraging a child's growth and development and helping them discover their unique strengths is my true passion, along with giving them great experiences and learning with fun as much as possible! With 15+ years of experience, I provide reliable, high-quality care. My graduate degree informs my approach to promoting learning, and have extensive experience teaching, mentoring, and shaping behavior of all ages. I have worked as a behavior intervention specialist and parent trainer for 3 years. I'm very energetic, youthful, patient, fun, highly creative, and very comfortable enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing all outdoor sports, board games, sailing, making up games, doing arts and crafts, and love puzzles. I am happy to assist with meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, helping with anything needed, and instructing in swimming.
